Nigerian men are genetically predisposed to prostate cancer with one in four being at risk. The prostate produces fluid that makes up semen and helps with the force of ejaculation. It is recommended that men above the age of 35 get tested yearly especially if you show common signs of prostate problems such as a frequent urge to urinate during the night, pain or a burning sensation during urination, painful ejaculation, or traces of blood in urine or semen.
